Allergy Policy

Our boxes are made on the same surfaces and area, we do our best to accomodate allergies and preferences by creating the boxes separately and sanitising surfaces and hands etc, but we are not able to guarantee our products are 100% free of any allergy eg. nuts, egg etc.

There are traces of nuts, gluten and egg in all of our products please order our boxes at your own risk.

Refund Policy

We have a non refundable policy due to the product we sell, once ordered if change of mind or a cancellation must occur we offer a credit if notified a minimum of 48 hours before the order is due.

Picnic and Grazing

A 25% booking fee of your total invoice is required within 3 days of receiving the invoice to secure the date, booking fees are non-refundable. If you are booking the week of your event full payment is required within 24hours.

Postponing / Wet Weather

All bookings must have a wet weather option, please be sure to have a backup plan in a house or public area/function area that is undercover. If you are having trouble finding a wet weather option please give us a call and we will help find you a solution.

Postponing will still encounter a 25% booking fee that is non-refundable. We only accept postponing up to 7 days before your event. In the event that you choose to postpone within 7 days of your event we take this as a cancelation which will result in 100% of the booking total becoming non refundable and you will need to rebook.


Cancelations within 7 days of your event will unfortunately mean 100% of the booking is non-refundable.

Covid and Other Extreme Circumstances

Given the case there is a covid outbreak or an extreme circumstance resulting in a cancellation we allow a refund of 87.5% up to 3 days prior to the event. Anything closer then 3 days will not be eligible for the refund amount and will lose total payment.


A $200 bond will be charged for all props used, the bond will be refunded to the customer once all items have been accounted for and in good condition. The bond will be refunded within 7 business days of the event.

Cleaning: In the case that our rugs are badly damaged or stained there will be a cleaning fee charged.


In the event of any breakages of our items occurs, the client is liable and will be charged for the replacement of the item.

Travel Fees

All bookings require a travel fee of $1.50 per km. Anything within the 5km radius from Wamberal is free. We travel to surrounding areas from the Central Coast, anywhere outside of the Central Coast is a minimum spend of $1000 before GST and Bond
